Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about this collection.
How does the 3 for 2 offer work?
Add any three single glasses or mugs from this collection to your basket and you pay for two, with the lowest-priced one free. The discount is applied automatically and repeats, so six singles means two are free.
Are sets included in the 3 for 2 offer?
No. Sets have their own offer: the first set is full price and each further set is 15% off. The two offers don't combine in one basket; if it qualifies for both, the larger discount is applied.
Which products are included?
All our single glasses and mugs: 300ml rocks glasses, 340ml coffee and tea mugs, 465ml beer glasses and 355ml single crystal whisky glasses, across every edition. New single glasses join the offer automatically.
What if a glass arrives damaged?
Every piece travels in a thick, protective Bellore box, so damage is very unlikely. If anything does arrive damaged, just send us a photo and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
