Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of belloreshopuk.myshopify.com and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by BELLORE SHOP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17103996, with registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, UNITED KINGDOM].

1. Contract formation

When you place an order through the site, you make an offer to purchase the goods at the price stated. We accept your order only when we send you an order confirmation email. At this point a binding contract is formed between you and BELLORE SHOP LTD.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged on our orders. Delivery costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at the point of order confirmation. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Right to cancel & returns

UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. If goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to circumvent its security, and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable or overburden it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (including product images, designs, text and the Bellore brand) is the property of BELLORE SHOP LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the price you paid for the goods in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
