1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at [CONTACT EMAIL] within the 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • With original packaging and any gift box intact
  • With reasonable care taken in handling — please note that as a buyer you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

3. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, the cost of returning the goods to us is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit before reaching us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will issue a full refund (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at [CONTACT EMAIL] with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) at no cost to you.

6. Items excluded from the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items (such as engraved glasses or bespoke commissions), in line with regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
