Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom by BELLORE SHOP LTD (Company no. 17103996).

1. Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receipt. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves us.

2. Delivery zones & estimated times

• United Kingdom (mainland): typically 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Highlands & Islands: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch
• European Union: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch (customs clearance may add time)

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Customs & import duties (international orders)

For deliveries outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in our delivery costs.

4. Packaging

All glassware is hand-packed in secure packaging designed for fragile items. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Tracking

6. Risk & title

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Title passes to you when we receive payment in full.
